We take ownership of execution end-to-end only for clients whose project aligns aesthetically and operationally with our standards. Offered after design, not at the first meeting.

With over 15 years of experience, I design homes that carry depth, restraint and cultural relevance. My approach is simple: fewer decisions, better decisions; spaces built on intention rather than excess.
I collaborate closely through every stage, from concept to final detailing and selectively take on full execution when it enhances the outcome and the partnership feels right.

Do you take on full turnkey execution?
Yes! Turnkey is offered after the design phase and only when the project aligns with our aesthetic, timeline and quality expectations. We take on very limited turnkey work each year to maintain the standards we’re known for.
How many projects do you work on at a time?
We keep our studio intentionally small.
This allows us to work deeply with each client instead of rushing through volume.
Because of this, we take on only a select number of projects per year.
What budgets do you work with?
For design + guided execution, our clients typically plan ₹15L–₹40L+ for interiors.
For turnkey (selective), budgets vary based on scope, materials and craftsmanship.
We don’t engage in low-budget or speed-driven projects.
What does “guided execution” mean?
You hire your vendors, we guide every critical decision.
This includes materials, detailing, quality checks, vendor coordination, milestone reviews and ensuring the final outcome matches the design vision.
It’s the most transparent way to execute a home without inflated markups.
How long does the design phase take?
Most homes take 3–6 weeks depending on size and complexity.
We don’t rush creativity.
We refine until the design feels complete, intentional and aligned with your lifestyle.
Do you work with clients outside Bangalore?
Yes.
We work with NRIs and clients across India and guided execution works especially well for remote projects. Our process ensures clarity and direction without requiring you to be on-site constantly.
How early should we start the design process?
Ideally before civil work begins.
Starting early saves time, avoids rework, and allows us to plan lighting, carpentry, materials and layouts with intention rather than compromise.
What makes you different from other interior firms?
We’re not built for volume.
We don’t push catalog interiors, preset themes, or inflated vendor markups.
Every design is created from scratch, guided personally and executed with precision.

What is your design fee?
Our fee reflects the depth of involvement and the level of craft we bring.

What is included in your interior design service?
Our design service covers the full creative scope: space planning, layouts, material palettes, lighting concepts, 3D visualization and detailed technical drawings.
Execution support is offered through guided consulting or selective turnkey, ensuring the final outcome reflects the design intent without compromise.
Do you provide 3D interior designs and walkthroughs?
Yes.
Every project includes 3D visualizations that help you see the design before execution begins. We use 3D as a tool for clarity, not as decoration ensuring materials, proportions, and lighting feel exactly like the final space.
Can you help with vendor selection and material sourcing?
Absolutely.
As part of guided execution, we recommend vetted vendors, review material quality, guide sourcing decisions, and help you avoid overpriced or low-quality options.
You stay in control of payments while we protect the integrity of the design.
